The Kensal Tri team are carpooling to get there, so if you're unsure about transport, once you've signed up you will be put in touch with the travel coordinators.

Who are 'Kensal Tri'?

The Kensal Tri group comes together once a year for this event! It is made up of individuals from all over the borough that sign up to get involved in a fun day out, whilst supporting a local charity.

Most people don't know each other before the event, and it is a really great way to meet new people living locally.

What do I have to do?

There are three options - depending on how adventurous you are feeling!

Option 1 - Split the three legs between three friends

• One person swims 350m
• One person runs 5.3k
• the other cycles 19.8k

Option 2 -  Do your own quarter- length, mini-Triathlon

• Swim 400 metres
• Cycle 13.2 km
• Run 2.9km

Option 3 - Take on the half-tri yourself

• Swim 750 metres
• Cycle 19.8km
• Run 5.4km

How much does it cost? 

Option 1 - just £50 per person.

Option 2 - £69

Option 3 - £79

Each entrant has a fundraising requirement of just £100 - although we know you will smash that! You will make a JustGiving page linked to the Sufra Kensal Tri event, and we will support you in sharing the page and encouraging supporters to donate.
