Get a food parcel

To receive a parcel, you need to be referred by one of our Referral Agencies. If you are working with any of the agencies listed below, get in touch with them and they can make the referral.

Otherwise, you can also get a referral through Brent Hubs;

Visiting any Brent Hub session in person
Call them on 0208 937 1234 or 0208 937 6792
Translators and BSL interpreters are available.

Please specify if you would prefer Food Parcels or Fresh Meals when you call.

If you are unable to call or unsure at all, come and see us during a Food Bank session and we will help you get a referral.

Our Food Bank hub addresses and session times can be found here: Food Bank

If you have been referred to us by a referral agency and you have already received 6 food parcels in the past year, you will need to call Brent Hubs for a further assessment using the phone numbers provided above.

Would you like to refer your clients to the Food Bank?

Are you from an organisation, agency or faith group that would like to refer a guest? Click the button below to register, and we will be in touch.

Register as a referral agency

Please confirm once this has been completed in order for us to add you to our online voucher form and issue you with a copy. After which you will be able to refer guests to us for food parcels. Once we have received your referral, the guest will be able to collect a food parcel from one of our 2 hubs or expect a delivery within 3-5 working days.

We work with a growing network of organisations in and around North West London who regularly refer clients to our Food Bank. It’s a simple and cost-free process to register as a Referral Agency. Apart from the Food Bank, our services do not require a formal referral from another organisation. To find out more about accessing other services, click here.
