Volunteer as a signposter

We are in urgent need of face-to-face signposting volunteers

Volunteers will signpost our guests to organisations which can offer further support in regards to debt, housing, benefits, utility bills and money management

These volunteers will support our advice team in targeting the causes of poverty for our guests and will ensure they receive the support that they need.

Volunteer specification

• Can speak multiple languages – Arabic, Farsi, Bulgarian or Polish (desirable but not essential)
• Can attend a 3 hour training session
• Has access to a laptop to record data

Signposting sessions

Will be held in person, once a month at:

• Pakistan Community Centre, Marley Walk, NW2 4PU, 11am – 3pm
• Laurence’s Larder, Christchurch Ave, Willesden Ln, NW6 7BJ, 12pm – 2pm
